Lallier invited three ambassadors: Sophie Sellu, artisan woodworker; Marie Urban Le Febvre, perfumer; and Gregory Marchand, chef at Frenchie, to interpret the essence of Lallier R.020 through their own “savoir-faire”. Guided by Dominique Demarville, the cellar master, we embarked on a journey shaped by craft and inspiration.

Over the course of nearly a year, we followed their creative paths: from the first meeting, through the making process, to the final diner in Paris, where each presented their unique creation, thoughtfully designed to echo and elevate the soul of the cuvée.
